To use Skype chat you should have the Skype program installed .
If this program is not installed you can download here . It must also have a Skype account.
When you click on the Skype icon on the website the first time your browser asks you if you run the Skype program. You must answer yes and remember the selection .
The program will direct you to chat with the person who can serve on the part of the site in question . If you do not already have that person as contant you must apply for acceptance.
